To pick up the goods yourself, you must first make an appointment by writing to info@mgibeauty.ee or calling +372 563 99 999.
1. MGI Beauty will ship the products after payment of the invoice.
2. The sales contract shall be deemed to be concluded upon receipt of the amount due according to the confirmation of the order to the bank account of MGI Paris OÜ.
3. After the sales contract has entered into force (payment of the invoice by the Buyer), MGI beauty will complete the order no later than the next day and hand it over to MGI Beauty’s logistics partner for delivery.
4. Orders will be delivered within 5 working days.
4.1 Delivery to the islands may take longer.
4.2. In the event that for any reason the shipment is delayed, MGI Beauty will arrange a suitable time with the Buyer.
5. To ensure that the delivery is carried out without delays, the Buyer must carefully check the information entered for delivery.
6. MGI Beauty’s logistics partner for the delivery of orders is Itella Estonia OÜ.
7. “I will pick up the goods myself” means that the Buyer will pick up the goods himself/herself at MGI Beauty boutique at Riia 20a-1, Tartu.
7.1. If you come to pick up the goods yourself, you need to arrange a day or time in advance by writing to info@mgibeauty.ee or calling +372 563 99 999.
8. Products damaged in transit, but not the product packaging, will be replaced to the Buyer.
9. MGI Beauty shall not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the products if the products have been delivered to the logistics partners on time, but the delay in delivery is due to circumstances beyond MGI Beauty’s control or foreseeable.
