1. Products purchased from the MGI Beauty e-boutique are subject to a 14-day right of return from the date of receipt. If a product ordered from the e-boutique is not suitable, it can be returned without giving reasons.
2. If you wish to return the goods, you must notify MGI Beauty within 14 days at the latest and send a return request form with the following information:
2.1. the product which is the subject of the withdrawal (name, invoice number, order confirmation);
2.2. name of the consumer;
2.3. contact details of the consumer (address, e-mail, telephone);
2.4. the reason for withdrawal from the contract;
2.5. consumer’s signature;
2.6. Date.
3. All costs related to the return of the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless the reason for the return is non-conformity with the order or defective goods.
4. Non-returnable:
4.1. goods which, by their nature, cannot be returned and which have been delivered in sealed packaging but whose packaging has been opened;
4.2. goods which, once opened, would not be suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
4.3. goods for which MGI Beauty is unable to identify the absence of packaging or the non-use of the goods (e.g. the product does not have foil/film around the cap);
4.4. products which have been mixed or combined with another product or good in such a way that they can no longer be separated;
4.5. products that have been used for commercial and professional purposes.
5. The product can be returned:
5.1. MGI Beauty boutique, Riia 20a-1, Tartu;
5.2. MGI studio, Riga 20a-1.
6. Upon arrival of the goods at the MGI Beauty boutique, MGI Beauty will make the refund within 14 days at the latest. The refund will be made to the same bank account from which the purchase was paid.
